MIXING & Usage Guidelines

Draw 2.0 mL of Bacteriostatic Water USP from the vial.

Carefully inject the Bacteriostatic Water into the Gonadorelin vial, aiming the stream along the side of the vial and avoiding direct contact with the lyophilized powder.

Gently swirl the vial until the powder is fully dissolved and the solution becomes clear. Do not shake the vial vigorously.

Once mixed, the concentration will be 2.5mg (2500mcg) per mL (5mg per 2mL vial), equating to 250mcg per 10 units on a standard insulin syringe. Remember, 100 units on the syringe equals 1mL, corresponding to 2.5mg of Gonadorelin.

The prepared solution can be administered subcutaneously (SubQ) in the lower abdominal fat area.

Once reconstituted with Bacteriostatic Water, store the vial in the refrigerator. Use within 30 days to ensure potency and effectiveness.

WHEN TO TAKE it

Gonadorelin is most effective when administered in a pulsed pattern, mimicking the body’s natural GnRH release from the hypothalamus. Because Gonadorelin has a very short half-life of approximately 2–4 minutes, consistent and correctly timed dosing is essential to maintain its stimulatory effect on LH and FSH production.

The most common approach is dosing twice per week (e.g., Monday and Thursday), timed consistently in the morning or evening. When used alongside testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), it is typically scheduled on the same days as testosterone injections to maintain testicular function and prevent atrophy.

Continuous daily use is generally avoided, as the pituitary can desensitize to a constant GnRH signal — a pulsed dosing pattern preserves receptor sensitivity and maximises effectiveness over time.
