MIXING & Usage Guidelines

Draw 2.0 mL of Bacteriostatic Water USP from the vial.

Carefully inject the Bacteriostatic Water into the HGH Fragment 176-191 vial, aiming the stream along the side of the vial and avoiding direct contact with the lyophilized powder.

Gently swirl the vial until the powder is fully dissolved and the solution becomes clear. Do not shake the vial vigorously.

Once mixed, the concentration will be 5mg (5000mcg) per mL (10mg per 2mL vial), equating to 500mcg per 10 units on a standard insulin syringe. Remember, 100 units on the syringe equals 1mL, corresponding to 5mg of HGH Fragment 176-191.

The prepared solution can be administered subcutaneously (SubQ) in the lower abdominal fat area.

Once reconstituted with Bacteriostatic Water, store the vial in the refrigerator. Use within 60 days to ensure potency and effectiveness.

WHEN TO TAKE it

HGH Fragment 176-191 must be taken on a completely empty stomach to be effective. Insulin presence in the bloodstream directly inhibits the peptide’s ability to stimulate fat breakdown — avoid food for at least 2 hours before and 30–60 minutes after each injection.

The preferred timing is first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, ideally followed by fasted cardio to maximise fat oxidation. A second dose in the early afternoon — again in a fasted state — is commonly used in more aggressive protocols to maintain elevated lipolytic activity throughout the day.

For first-time users, starting at the lower end of the dosing range allows the body to adapt and helps assess individual response before increasing.
