MIXING & Usage Guidelines

Draw 3.0 mL of Bacteriostatic Water USP from the vial.

Carefully inject the Bacteriostatic Water into the Epitalon vial, aiming the stream along the side of the vial and avoiding direct contact with the lyophilized powder.

Gently swirl the vial until the powder is fully dissolved and the solution becomes clear. Do not shake the vial vigorously.

Once mixed, the concentration will be 16.67mg per mL (50mg per 3mL vial), equating to 1.67mg per 10 units on a standard insulin syringe. Remember, 100 units on the syringe equals 1mL, corresponding to 16.67mg of Epitalon.

The prepared solution can be administered subcutaneously (SubQ) in the lower abdominal fat area.

Once reconstituted with Bacteriostatic Water, store the vial in the refrigerator. Use within 60 days to ensure potency and effectiveness.

WHEN TO TAKE it

Epitalon is best administered in the evening, approximately 30–60 minutes before bed. Because it acts directly on the pineal gland to regulate melatonin production and reset the circadian rhythm, evening use aligns best with the body’s natural restorative cycles.

Because Epitalon increases natural melatonin production, you may find yourself feeling ready for bed earlier than usual. If you use external melatonin supplements, consider lowering their dose while on Epitalon to avoid morning grogginess.

Epitalon is designed for short, intensive cycles rather than year-round use. These short bursts are sufficient to trigger lasting effects — making daily, continuous dosing unnecessary.
