MIXING & Usage Guidelines

Draw 3.0 mL of Bacteriostatic Water USP from the vial.

Carefully inject the Bacteriostatic Water into the AOD 9604 vial, aiming the stream along the side of the vial and avoiding direct contact with the lyophilized powder.

Gently swirl the vial until the powder is fully dissolved and the solution becomes clear. Do not shake the vial vigorously. If particles remain, allow the vial to sit undisturbed for 10–15 minutes before swirling again.

Once mixed, the concentration will be approximately 1.66mg (1660mcg) per mL (5mg per 3mL vial), equating to approximately 166mcg per 10 units on a standard insulin syringe. Remember, 100 units on the syringe equals 1mL, corresponding to approximately 1.66mg of AOD 9604.

The prepared solution can be administered subcutaneously (SubQ) in the lower abdominal fat area.

Once reconstituted with Bacteriostatic Water, the solution should be stored in the refrigerator. Use within 60 days to ensure potency and effectiveness.

WHEN TO TAKE it

AOD 9604 must be taken on a completely empty stomach to be effective. Insulin is the “off switch” for fat burning — eating too soon after injecting will cause the body to prioritize food for energy rather than the fat stores AOD-9604 is working to unlock.

The preferred approach is to inject first thing in the morning, then wait at least 30–60 minutes before consuming any calories. For maximum impact, performing 30 minutes of fasted cardio — such as a brisk walk — shortly after your injection forces the body to burn the fatty acids AOD-9604 has just released.

AOD 9604 is highly effective when used before fasted morning cardio to maximize the burning of mobilized fat. Administer once daily, and prioritize consistency of timing over everything else.
