Draw 2.0 mL of Bacteriostatic Water USP.

Slowly inject the Bacteriostatic Water into the RTA20 vial, aiming the stream down the side of the vial and not directly onto the powder.

Gently swirl until the powder is fully dissolved and the solution becomes clear. Do not shake aggressively.

Once mixed, the concentration will be 20 mg per vial, equating to 1 mg (1000 mcg) per 10 units on a standard insulin syringe.* (Reminder: 100 units = 1 mL = 10 mg of Retatrutide — Since the vial contains 2 mL total, the vial holds 200 units = 20 mg total.)

Administer subcutaneously (SubQ). Injection sites can be rotated, with the lower abdominal fat being the most common and easiest location.

After reconstitution, store the vial in the refrigerator. Use within 60 days to maintain potency.
WHEN TO TAKE it
Retatrutide is typically injected once weekly, with timing based on convenience and consistency. Due to its long half-life and sustained activity, daily dosing is not required. Most users choose a fixed day each week to maintain steady levels and keep things simple.
It can be taken with or without food. Some people prefer dosing after a light meal to reduce potential gastrointestinal side effects such as nausea.
Morning dosing tends to align well with appetite and metabolic regulation throughout the day, though evening dosing is also fine if it fits your routine better.
If you’re just starting, beginning at a lower dose and increasing gradually helps minimize side effects and allows your body to adapt.

From Mounjaro to Reta.
I transitioned from Mounjaro to Pacific's Reta a couple of months ago, and it's been working great. A heads-up for anyone making the switch: I was taking 10 mg of tirzepatide and thought it would be best to start Reta at a low dose (2.5 mg) and gradually titrate up to 10 mg. In hindsight, I don't think that was necessary. In addition to a solid product, the delivery and comm has been great.

New to the peptides
So far so good, I’m an Ozempic user of the last couple of years and decided to try something different and I did some research so I went with the RTA! I will say though that the baceriostatic water (same exact ingredients) is half the cost on Amazon. I also would like to point out that I originally messaged you guys to ask about the product (twice) and was ignored, only when I made an almost 400$ purchase was I able to get any response, which was with regards to my order. I also feel that you instructions should be way more detailed for mixing and dosing, my daughters are BOTH RNs and one also has her CCN and it took them a few minutes to figure out the instructions, that is not good for the average person. Otherwise, the product came in a timely fashion and we shall see how it works!
