MIXING & Usage Guidelines

Draw 3.0 mL of Bacteriostatic Water USP from the vial.

Carefully inject the Bacteriostatic Water into the Kisspeptin vial, aiming the stream along the side of the vial and avoiding direct contact with the lyophilized powder.

Gently swirl the vial until the powder is fully dissolved and the solution becomes clear. Do not shake the vial vigorously.

Once mixed, the concentration will be 3.33mg per mL (10mg per 3mL vial), equating to 333mcg per 10 units on a standard insulin syringe. Remember, 100 units on the syringe equals 1mL, corresponding to 3.33mg of Kisspeptin.

The prepared solution can be administered subcutaneously (SubQ) in the lower abdominal fat area.

Once reconstituted with Bacteriostatic Water, store the vial in the refrigerator. Use within 60 days to ensure potency and effectiveness.

WHEN TO TAKE it

Kisspeptin is typically taken once daily, with consistent timing being more important than the exact hour. Evening or nighttime dosing is often preferred, as it aligns with the body’s natural hormonal signalling rhythms and supports more physiologic downstream hormone release.

For men, the primary goal is typically restoring natural testosterone production or maintaining testicular function. Kisspeptin is most commonly used in short, focused cycles of 10–14 days, followed by a minimum 14-day break, or as a longer maintenance protocol dosed 2–3 times per week for up to 8 weeks.

For women, dosing is typically shorter and timed to align with the natural menstrual cycle — most often during the follicular phase to help trigger the LH surge required for ovulation. If the goal is to restart a missing period, a 10 days on / 20 days off pattern is commonly used until the cycle returns.
